A Polish Horizon Europe Success Story: The LUWEX Project

Our project was mentioned in an article in Wroclaw’s newspaper, that discusses the importance and benefits of the Horizon Europe program, which funds research and innovative projects with significant impacts on the economy, society, and the environment. The article highlights the availability of free support for applicants in certain regions of Poland.

LUWEX project, funded by Horizon Europe, is mentioned as a pioneering effort aimed at extracting water from lunar regolith. The Wrocław University of Technology is responsible for developing components for monitoring the quality of the water obtained through this process. This project exemplifies the innovative and impactful research supported by Horizon Europe, demonstrating the program’s role in advancing scientific capabilities and international collaboration.
